Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Engineer to oversee and manage interior execution activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, architects, and project managers to ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day interior site execution and construction activities.

Read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.

Ensure execution is carried out according to approved designs and specifications.

Monitor quality, measurements, materials, and workmanship.

Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.

Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.

Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.

Conduct site measurements and verify work quantities.

Coordinate with architects and designers for drawing clarifications and modifications.

Ensure proper sequencing of activities to meet project deadlines.

Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.

Assist in preparing BOQs, estimates, and work completion reports.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure snagging and rectification work is completed.

Requirements

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in interior execution/site supervision.

Good knowledge of interior finishing works, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing coordination.

Ability to read drawings and understand measurements.

Good communication and contractor-management skills.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic project documentation.

Ability to work independently at project sites.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
