Executive Housekeeper for a Family in Palm Beach, FL

A private family in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced, discreet, highly organized Executive Housekeeper who takes true ownership of the home and enjoys creating a residence that is clean, organized, well-stocked, and running seamlessly. This is a self-directed role for someone who is proactive, efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently without a daily task list. The ideal candidate will anticipate the household’s needs, prioritize responsibilities, and take pride in making sure everything is taken care of.

Responsibilities will include maintaining the residence to a high standard, laundry and linens, household organization, inventory management, grocery shopping and local errands, and coordinating deliveries, trades, and service providers. Food preparation is also an important part of the position, including preparing and portioning meals and snacks, maintaining the kitchen and refrigerator, organizing prepared foods, and ensuring meals are ready for the household throughout the day. The Executive Housekeeper should be comfortable managing grocery lists, anticipating household needs, and adjusting priorities when family or guests are in residence. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. Flexibility is important, as occasional schedule adjustments or additional time at the residence may be needed for deliveries, appointments, trades, or increased household activity.

In Residence — December through April

• Monday–Saturday
  
• 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with time allocated for breaks

Shoulder Seasons — Approximately 8 weeks

• Approximately 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after the in-residence season

Off Season — June through October

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
  
• Approximately 12 hours per week
  
• Daily hours are self-managed, with occasional adjustments requested when household needs require assistance or the housekeeper’s presence
  
• 3 days per week
  

Consistent Weekly Pay: Regardless of the number of days the family utilizes your services in a given week, you will receive the same consistent weekly pay of 40 hours per week throughout the year!  For example, whether you work three days or six days in a particular week, your weekly compensation will remain the same!
