HSE Engineer - DEWA Approved

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000 per month (Negotiable on Experience)
Salary depends on experience and profile.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer with strong site safety experience in substation/construction projects. DEWA Substation Approval is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE procedures at project sites.
  
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
  
• Monitor safe working practices and compliance.
  
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
  
• Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with project and DEWA safety requirements.
  
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and DEWA representatives.
  

Requirements

Engineering qualification in a relevant discipline.
Relevant HSE experience in construction/substation projects.
Strong knowledge of site safety, risk assessment and HSE procedures.
Good understanding of UAE construction safety requirements.
Valid DEWA Substation Approval – MANDATORY.
UAE project experience preferred.
