Build your culinary experience in one of Texas’s most vibrant cities.A full-service hotel operation in San Antonio is seeking J-1 Culinary Interns/Trainees for a 12-month hospitality training experience. This is an opportunity to develop your skills in a professional hotel kitchen while experiencing the food, culture, and energy of one of Texas’s most popular destinations.The Culinary ExperienceYou’ll gain hands-on experience in a busy hotel culinary environment, working alongside experienced hospitality professionals and developing skills that can support your future career in the international hospitality industry.The training can provide exposure to areas such as:Food preparation and productionHot and cold kitchen operationsPlating and presentationKitchen organization and sanitationProfessional food-service standardsWorking as part of a multicultural hospitality teamHotel food & beverage operationsWhy San Antonio?San Antonio offers a unique combination of history, culture, and food.
