Customer Care Agent (Maltese Speaking Required)

Our client, a well established organization in Malta, is currently seeking a Customer Care Agent to join their team.

Recruiting applicants already residing in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  
• Assist with customer requests and complaints in a professional manner.
  
• Record cases accurately and escalate issues when required.
  
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
  
• Support general administrative tasks when needed.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or a similar customer facing environment.
  
• Fluent in English and Maltese (written and spoken).
  
• O Level standard of education or equivalent.
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  
• Strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail skills.
