Senior Sourcing Production Manager

Position Title: Senior Sourcing Production Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: - Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard strategic suppliers across Bangladesh, China, India, Turkey, Vietnam, and other key sourcing regions. - Oversee end-to-end production from development handover through bulk shipment. - Lead seasonal costing negotiations and cost engineering initiatives. Identify opportunities for margin improvement through sourcing optimization, material selection, process efficiencies, and supplier negotiations. - Build long-term partnerships with suppliers while continuously improving cost, quality, flexibility, and lead times.

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in apparel sourcing and production, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role. - Strong sourcing network across key manufacturing countries such as Bangladesh, China, India, Turkey, and Vietnam. - Deep expertise in apparel manufacturing, product development, costing, compliance, quality assurance, and end-to-end supply chain management. - Proven strength in negotiation, analytical thinking, commercial decision-making, and managing large supplier portfolios across multi-country sourcing operations.
