Sales Agent (recruiting from Malta)

Our client, a well established organization operating within the transport and mobility sector, is currently seeking a Sales Agent to join their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable travel products and services based on their needs.
  
• Promote and recommend available products while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and electronic payments.
  
• Reconcile daily sales and ensure all transactions are completed according to company procedures.
  
• Maintain adequate stock levels of sales materials and report any shortages when necessary.
  
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  
• Ensure the sales outlet is presented in a clean and organized condition at all times.
  
• Support the team with additional operational tasks as required.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar customer facing role.
  
• Good command of spoken and written English; Maltese is considered an asset.
  
• Basic numeracy skills and confidence in handling cash transactions.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Sales oriented mindset with the ability to achieve individual targets.
  
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation.
  
• Well organized with good attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
  
• Flexible to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
