Senior Creative Designer

We're looking for a senior creative designer to join our in-house design team. You'll work directly

with the Head of Design, owning the production of marketing and promotional creative across casino

and sportsbook verticals and multiple brands.

This is a senior, fully remote role. You should be comfortable working independently, moving fast

from concept to delivery, and delivering to a brief without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

4+ years of experience in a creative or graphic design role

• Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, with Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects

in particular

• Strong photo manipulation and illustration skills
• Strong animation and motion design skills, with the ability to produce animated creatives for

marketing and affiliate ads

• Experience with AI image generation tools is a must (Midjourney or similar)
• Proven ability to generate concepts fast and deliver at pace without sacrificing quality
• Experience working across multiple brands, keeping each one visually distinct and consistent
• Proficiency in Figma is a strong advantage. UI/UX experience across both disciplines is

welcome

• A portfolio that demonstrates campaign creative, digital advertising, motion, and photo

manipulation work

• Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines independently
• Attention to detail
• iGaming experience is a plus

Requirements

• Designing banners, campaign visuals, and promotional assets for casino and sportsbook

across multiple brands

• Producing motion graphics and animated creatives for marketing campaigns and affiliate ads
• Photo manipulation and illustration for campaign and promotional creative
• Using AI image generation tools (Midjourney or similar) as a core part of the creative

workflow

• Developing concepts and ideas quickly and turning them into finished assets at pace
• Identifying and proposing ways to speed up the creative workflow: templates, automation,

AI, smarter processes

• Adapting and scaling assets across formats, placements, and brands
• Taking briefs from the Head of Design and delivering production-ready files
• Maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and design system standards across every

brand
