Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Rotational

Salary: ₹21,000 In-Hand | ₹25,000 CTC + Incentives

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for Sales professionals to handle life insurance sales, customer interaction and lead conversion for the SBI process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer calls and explain life insurance products
Generate and convert sales leads
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads
Ensure quality customer service and timely follow-ups

REQUIRED SKILLS

Minimum 1 year of Sales experience
Strong communication and convincing skills
Customer handling and relationship management
Target-oriented approach
Basic computer knowledge
HSC / Graduate qualification
