IBM FileNet Developer

Summary
We are seeking an experienced IBM FileNet Developer to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust enterprise content management solutions using the IBM FileNet ecosystem. This position is critical for optimizing business processes, ensuring secure records management, and facilitating seamless content migration initiatives. The ideal professional will leverage their expertise in IBM Business Automation Workflow and Cloud Pak for Business Automation to drive operational efficiency and support the organization's digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement custom development solutions utilizing IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and Cloud Pak for Business Automation.
  
• Configure and manage IBM Datacap for intelligent document capture and processing workflows.
  
• Execute comprehensive records management strategies to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  
• Lead content migration projects to transition legacy data into the modern Content Platform Engine and Content Engine environments.
  
• Design and develop complex Process Engine workflows to automate business operations and enhance user productivity.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for the FileNet content management infrastructure.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ YEARS of professional experience in IBM FileNet development and implementation.
  
• Proven proficiency with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation.
  
• Hands-on experience with IBM Datacap, Records Management, and Content Migration strategies.
  
• Deep technical knowledge of the Content Platform Engine and Content Engine architectures.
  
• Strong capability in designing and coding Process Engine workflows.
  
• Ability to work effectively in an IT Services environment delivering high-quality solutions.
