Our client, a leading power generation company based in VI, is currently seeking a Legal Admin officer to join their team. Based on site in their head office in VI, the Legal & Admin Officer will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to the organization on day-to-day legal matters.

Responsibilities:

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Manage corporate documentation and regulatory compliance.
Conduct legal research and maintain accurate records.
Provide administrative support and liaise with external solicitors when required.

Requirements

LL.B. degree and qualification as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Practical experience in corporate and commercial law.
Strong legal drafting, research, and contract management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
