WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet customers and help identify their vehicle needs
  
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles
  
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  
• Build relationships with customers
  
• Follow up by phone, text, and email
  
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and vehicle features
  
• Work closely with sales management and finance to complete purchases
  
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after the sale
