We are currently supporting a large French multinational that needs to improve their internal reporting accuracy and automate repetitive data checks using modern tools. This project requires a precise approach to ensure data flows correctly from the bottom up.

About The Role
As a Junior AI Support Specialist, you will help our senior consultants bridge the gap between complex financial data and automated support systems. This is a fully remote role where you assist in maintaining the logic that powers our client's reporting tools. You will work on projects with fixed prices and clear scopes, avoiding the endless implementation cycles typical of large consulting firms. Your primary goal is to help ensure the AI-driven components of their EPM platforms provide reliable, accurate information to the finance teams who depend on them. You will focus on technical accuracy rather than corporate theatre, ensuring every configuration serves a specific finance requirement.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the configuration of automated data validation tools within EPM platforms.
• Update technical documentation to ensure clients remain self-sufficient after a project ends.
• Monitor data flows between source systems and analytics dashboards to identify logic errors.
• Help build and maintain data dictionaries that define how financial metrics are calculated.
• Test new automation scripts to ensure they handle currency translations and intercompany eliminations correctly.
• Document remediation steps when existing system configurations fail to meet finance requirements.
• Support the setup of automated alerts for anomalies in the monthly close process.
• Participate in internal reviews to verify that system outputs match the client's chart of accounts.

What We Are Looking For

• Basic understanding of financial statements and the general ledger.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• A foundational grasp of how databases work or basic familiarity with SQL.
• Logical thinking and a high level of precision when working with numbers.
• Interest in how machine learning or automated logic can improve reporting speed.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication.
• Fluency in English to coordinate with our international team members.
• A pragmatic approach to problem solving and a willingness to learn new software platforms.
