Medical Science Laision (MSL)

We are looking for a motivated and scientifically oriented Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our team at a leading company specialized in medical education and professional training for physicians.


Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
Communicate with doctors to understand their educational and professional development needs.
Present and explain our medical courses, diplomas, and educational programs.
Provide accurate scientific information about our educational programs and course content.
Coordinate with the Medical Affairs, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure a smooth physician experience.
Follow up with physicians and maintain regular communication.
Support the organization of medical events, workshops, and educational activities.
Collect physicians’ feedback and insights to help improve our programs.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on physician interactions and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or a relevant Medical/Science field.
  
• 2-4 years of previous experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, Medical Sales, Healthcare, or Medical Education is preferred.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Excellent English communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and professionally.
  
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
