Requirements

Professional Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with demonstrated success in education, learning and development, coaching, training, counseling or behavioral work, human resources, organizational development, consulting, leadership, business development or another people-centered professional field
  
• Strong professional presence with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust and develop meaningful relationships
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence or create results without requiring significant external direction
  
• Demonstrated experience developing, teaching, coaching, guiding or supporting the growth of other people
  
• An ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for your activity, decisions and results
  
• Genuine interest in leadership, personal development and human potential
  
• Entrepreneurial curiosity and a desire to create greater autonomy, financial possibility or professional expansion outside a traditional employment structure
  
• Commitment to continuous learning, personal growth and applying what you learn
  
• Willingness to invest both time and resources into developing an independent business
