JKR Windows is looking for entrepreneurial leaders ready to generate business, recruit and train sales representatives, and build a productive sales organization.

You’ll lead through personal sales, develop your own recruits, and grow your earning potential through commissions and overrides on qualifying team production.

Your Role

• Generate your own opportunities through door-to-door prospecting and networking.

• Run in-home appointments and close window replacement sales.

• Recruit, hire, and train your own sales representatives.

• Coach your team on prospecting, appointment setting, and closing.

• Set production goals and hold your team accountable.

• Develop future leaders.

Leads are not provided. You and your team are responsible for generating your own sales opportunities.

Compensation & Growth

• Uncapped commissions on personal sales

• Overrides on qualifying team sales production

• Leadership bonus opportunities

• Income growth through recruiting, training, and developing productive representatives

Compensation comes from completed sales—not simply adding recruits.

Leadership income target: $500,000 annually with a productive 15-representative team.

This is a target scenario, not a typical or guaranteed result. Actual earnings depend on the compensation plan, personal and team production, eligibility requirements, and expenses. A 15-person team alone does not guarantee this income.

Team overrides offer ongoing earning potential, but require qualifying sales and may involve coaching, management, and support.

You’ll receive training and mentorship in:

• Field coaching and sales development

• Team accountability and performance management

• Developing leaders and growing an organization
