Job Title: SCRUM MASTER – SAFe

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile professional to serve as the Scrum Master within our IT Services division. This pivotal role focuses on guiding teams through the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to enhance delivery efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will act as a catalyst for organizational change, ensuring that Agile principles are effectively implemented across multiple teams and value streams. This position is critical for aligning team objectives with broader business goals, managing complex dependencies, and driving the adoption of best practices in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coach teams on Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  
• Serve as a key liaison between development teams, Product Management, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, proactively resolving conflicts to maintain a productive work environment.
  
• Drive the implementation of automation tools and processes to streamline workflows and improve overall delivery velocity.
  
• Coordinate activities across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure synchronized delivery of value.
  
• Provide strategic guidance on scaling Agile practices and mentor teams in adopting Spotify model-inspired structures where applicable.
  
• Monitor team metrics and performance indicators to provide actionable insights for continuous process optimization.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of six years of professional experience in Agile environments, with a strong focus on the IT Services sector.
  
• Proven expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification and practical application.
  
• Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and the ability to coach teams on Agile principles.
  
• Strong capabilities in Stakeholder Management, with a track record of navigating complex organizational dynamics.
  
• Demonstrated skill in Conflict Resolution to maintain team harmony and productivity.
  
• Proficiency in utilizing Agile tools and platforms, specifically Spotify model concepts, for team organization and workflow management.
  
• Experience in implementing Automation strategies to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
