Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer - International Law Firm

Our client is a prestigious Luxembourg law firm with a strong reputation in Banking & Finance and a client base made up of leading financial institutions and international businesses.

The firm is recognised for the quality of its work and operates in a highly demanding environment where junior lawyers are given the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters from an early stage of their career.

You will join an international team, work with some of the key players in Luxembourg and benefit from close exposure to experienced lawyers.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with banking and financing transactions.
• Draft and review financing and security documentation.
• Conduct legal research on Luxembourg banking and financial regulations.
• Assist with due diligence exercises.
• Prepare corporate approvals and transaction documents.
• Support senior lawyers on cross-border financing transactions.
• Liaise with clients and other transaction parties.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Law.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a law firm, banking or finance environment is an advantage.
• Strong interest in Banking & Finance.
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
• Strong motivation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a demanding and international environment.
