Mandatory Screening Criteria

• Candidate should have experience working with PMCs.
  
• Candidates from Developers, Builders, Contractors or EPC organizations will not be considered, without relevant PMC experience.
  
• Strong experience in handling large commercial projects is mandatory (minimum 5 L sqft, end to end delivery).
  
• Commercial project exposure should cover the entire project lifecycle, including:
  
  • Pre-Construction (Design, vendor selection, contracts etc)
    
  • Construction Execution
    
  • Commercial Interior Fit-outs
    
• Hands-on experience in Pre-Construction is absolutely mandatory for this positions.
  
• Candidate should possess excellent:

  • Communication & Presentation Skills
    
• Candidate should have independently managed senior-level client interactions and coordination with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  
• Experience mentioned in the JD is the minimum eligibility criteria and ideally should be post completion of Graduation.
  
• Educational qualification is mandatory:
  
  • BE/B.Tech (Civil)
    
  • PG in Construction Management (NICMAR or equivalent) / MBA / PGDM from a recognized and affiliated institute.
    
  • Construction Management course should be of a minimum 2-year duration.
