Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, content, paid ads, events)
  
• Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to align messaging and campaign goals
  
• Manage the company's social media presence and content calendar
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROI, engagement)
  
• Assist in budget planning and ensure marketing spend delivers measurable results
  
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches
  
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  
• Contribute to SEO/SEM strategy and website content optimization
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  
• 2–5 years of experience in a marketing role (adjust for seniority)
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, email platforms, CRM/HubSpot)
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
