Working with stakeholders to identify business needs

Analyzing and improving business processes

Creating workflows, requirements, and functional documentation

Supporting system implementations and business transformation

Coordinating with technical and business teams

Supporting project planning and delivery

Experience with healthcare organizations or government agencies

Preferred skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Strong documentation and organizational skills

Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements

Experience with business analysis, project management, or reporting tools

Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
