What You'll Do:

🔍 Oversee and implement company-wide quality management systems

📈 Monitor, evaluate, and improve internal processes to achieve compliance and excellence

📝 Develop clear documentation for procedures and standards

👥 Lead, mentor, and train the quality assurance team

⚙️ Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to industry regulations

🤝 Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality management role

✅ Strong knowledge of ISO standards or similar quality frameworks

✅ Excellent leadership and team management skills

✅ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

✅ Effective communication skills (verbal & written)

✅ Ability to work onsite in Dasmariñas, Philippines
