Funds Lawyer - International Law Firm | Strong Partner Support

Your Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the structuring and establishment of Luxembourg investment funds.
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation, including LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements and side letters.
• Advise on AIFMD, RAIF, SIF and SICAR-related matters.
• Assist clients throughout the lifecycle of their investment funds.
• Prepare and review corporate documentation for Luxembourg fund vehicles.
• Coordinate with notaries, administrators, depositaries and other service providers.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development.
• Support and supervise more junior members of the team.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Law.
• Qualified Luxembourg lawyer or currently pursuing qualification.
• Approximately 3-6 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg investment funds.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures and regulations.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
• Client-oriented, autonomous and commercially minded.
