We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to establish, implement and oversee the health, safety and environmental management system for the project, acting as the primary point of contact for HSE matters with regulatory authorities, clients and senior management, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and driving a strong safety culture across the workfronts.

📍 Location: Relocation Abroad (To be informed) - Indonesian only.

What You'll Do:
🎯 Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies.
📊 Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards.
🤝 Train employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
🛠️ Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety.
📈 Monitor compliance with local regulations and standards.
🔍 Investigate incidents and prepare reports for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, the qualification level typically required for HSE leadership roles in construction.
• Minimum 10 years' HSE management experience, including proven experience in a similar HSE leadership role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry, with in-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Overseas project experience strongly preferred, given the seniority expected of this role — typically someone owning a project HSE plan or a site HSE function end-to-end.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, together with demonstrated ability to lead multi-site or multi-workfront HSE teams.
