Finance teams frequently find themselves fighting their own software. While many consultants focus purely on the technical build, we prioritize the finance logic first. Currently, we are working with a partner who is a major player in French retail to ensure their financial reporting systems are accurate and reliable. This work involves removing implementation theatre and focusing on the underlying data structures that drive the close process. We believe that a successful project ends with a client who can manage their own systems without ongoing support.
About The Role
The Junior Data Operations Analyst position is a foundational role within our delivery team. You will support our senior consultants in ensuring that data flows correctly between source systems and reporting platforms. This is a fully remote role where your primary focus will be on the technical precision of our remediation projects. We avoid typical open ended hourly billing in favor of fixed price engagements, which means your work will be structured, documented, and directed toward making the client self-sufficient. This position is paid, and the compensation is attractive for an entry-level professional in today's market.

- A culture that rejects implementation theatre in favor of direct and honest communication.
- Exposure to complex data challenges within large scale retail and regulated industries.
- Opportunities to learn how to build systems from a finance-first perspective.
- Access to professional development in leading enterprise platforms like Oracle and SAP.
