? Cambridge Early Years Coordinator

Qualification: Master’s in Education / Early Childhood Education / Educational Leadership

Experience: 5+ years in Early Years, including 2+ years in a leadership/coordination role.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in Early Years curriculum planning and implementation
Knowledge of play-based and inquiry-driven learning
Experience in teacher mentoring, training and instructional leadership
Good understanding of child development, assessment and documentation
Strong parent engagement and communication skills
Cambridge Early Years experience is preferred, but not mandatory
Candidates with strong Early Years academic leadership experience may also be considered.

Role: Lead the setup and implementation of the Cambridge Early Years programme, coordinating curriculum development, teacher training, assessment and academic excellence.
