Our client GenZ Talent Pvt.Ltd is hiring a Senior SEO Specialist in Lahore.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic. The role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy for maximum organic ranking.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to identify issues and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with web developers and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to stakeholders based on data analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Lead SEO audits and work on technical SEO aspects such as sitemaps, crawlability, and site indexing.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them to develop their skills in SEO.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Profound understanding of SERP display types, content building, and link earning tactics.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of proven SEO experience.
- Certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
