Hiring Immediately, Automotive Parts Counter Representative.  Excellent Compensation!

Hiley Mazda is seeking a Parts Counter Representative.  Join our team and have an abundance of customers out of the gate!  You will be joining a dealership with a talented team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.  Expected compensation $50,000 to $70,000 per year with our pay plans.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position.  Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high customer satisfaction.  We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner.
  
• Completely document requests and orders.
  
• Assist retail customers and technicians with ordering including reading schematics.
  
• Follow up with customers to keep them informed on order status.
  
• Manage inventory, including ordering out of stock parts.
  
• Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
  
• Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
  
• Other duties as assigned by management.
