Business Analyst

• Gather, analyse, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
  

• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Business Cases, Project Charters, and other project documentation.
  

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to assess system impacts and ensure end-to-end solution consistency.
  

• Coordinate with IT to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.
  

• Organise steering committee meetings and prepare project updates.
  

• Develop, review, and execute test cases, including UAT and regression testing.
  

• Work with Data Governance teams to support documentation and Data Warehouse (DWH) updates.
  

• Prepare user guides, training materials, and deliver application training sessions.
  

• Maintain effective communication and collaboration across business, IT, and other stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Professional Experience & Banking Knowledge

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking industry, with an understanding of banking operations and financial processes.
  

• Good knowledge of banking financial products, including loans, equity, and guarantees.
  

Specific Expertise – MANDATORY

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and modelling.
  

• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
  

Languages

• English (B2/C1) – MANDATORY, with strong communication skills.
  

• French (B2) – NICE TO HAVE, for collaboration with French-speaking stakeholders.
  

Education

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  

• Alternatively, at least 3 years of equivalent professional experience may be accepted in the absence of a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
