ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Junior Full-Stack Forms Developer to support a new inspections application. The application will enable field inspectors to collect inspection data through online forms, save information to a SQL database, and generate archivable PDF documents.

The primary focus is converting approximately 70 existing fillable PDF inspection documents into interactive HTML forms, supporting the replacement of an existing system scheduled for retirement in Spring 2027.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Convert fillable PDF inspection documents into interactive HTML forms.
• Build form layouts and functionality using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop functionality to save inspector inputs to a SQL database.
• Use Jinja templates to compile saved inspection data into new PDF documents.
• Provide additional JavaScript development support to keep the project on schedule.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Beginner-to-intermediate experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• T-SQL experience is preferred; knowledge of other SQL variants is acceptable.
