Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Line Cooks / Prep Cooks to join a busy, high-volume restaurant and catering company in Fairhope, Alabama.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, can prepare food quickly and accurately, and works well with a team. Candidates must be organized, reliable, and able to handle large food orders while maintaining quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food according to recipes and standards.
  

• Chop, portion, and prepare ingredients for daily kitchen operations.
  

• Assist with food preparation for catering events and large orders.
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
  

• Follow proper food safety and handling procedures.
  

• Keep up with orders during busy service hours.
  

• Assist with stocking, inventory, and kitchen cleanup.
  

• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed on time.
  

Requirements

• Previous line cook, prep cook, or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
  

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment is a plus.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
  

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies.
  

• Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
  

• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
  

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or catering events as needed.
