We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the architectural and execution strategy for our SAP CRM On-Premise environment. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will oversee complex technical implementations, ensuring system stability and performance while leading a team through critical development cycles. Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of custom enhancements and modifications to the SAP CRM On-Premise system.
  
• Manage end-to-end technical implementation projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
  
• Conduct rigorous code debugging, comprehensive testing protocols, and in-depth code reviews to guarantee system integrity.
  
• Perform detailed requirement analysis to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and problem-solving strategies.
  
• Leverage expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise to optimize existing workflows and introduce new functional capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in IT Services, specifically within the SAP ecosystem.
  
• Proven track record in delivering SAP CRM enhancements, customizations, and full-cycle technical implementations.
  
• Advanced proficiency in debugging complex issues, executing testing strategies, and performing thorough code audits.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect requirements and resolve intricate technical challenges.
  
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise architecture and deployment models.
  
• Expert-level command of ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts and best practices.
