Role: Customer Service Associate – International Voice
Qualification: Graduate / UG / B.Tech
Location : Gurgaon
Experience:
- 1+ year International Voice experience preferred
- Voice / Blended experience from reputed companies may also be considered
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong verbal & interpersonal skills
- Active listening & customer handling skills
- Problem-solving & decision-making ability
- Good email & basic computer skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Versant Score: 60+
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Working: 5 Days a Week
Cab: Both-side cab facility
Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
In-Hand: Up to ₹32,000/month
Preferred: Candidates with excellent communication and relevant International BPO / Voice experience.
