Job Summary

We are looking for 3 Receptionists to support front-desk and day-to-day reception operations. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude. Freshers are welcome to apply, and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  
• Handle basic front-desk and administrative duties.
  
• Maintain visitor records and assist with documentation.
  
• Use computers for basic data entry, email, and office-related tasks.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  
• Coordinate with internal staff when required.
  
• Perform other reception and administrative duties as assigned.
