What you will be doing:

• Facilitate the annual and rolling technology strategy process, ensuring alignment between Group priorities and Technology direction.
  
• Design and maintain robust governance structures to ensure effective decision-making and follow-through at senior forums.
  
• Lead the evolution of performance and value management reporting, providing clear insights into delivery, spend, and outcomes for senior leadership.
  
• Manage the Office's planning and cadence, including coordinating agendas, briefings, and key engagements for the CTO.
  
• Support Technology P&L management, budget oversight, and investment prioritization by collaborating with Finance and Tech leaders.
  
• Identify opportunities to make Office operations more efficient and smarter through creative process enhancements.
  
• Act as a central communication and coordination point to help the CTO and Chief of Staff function at an enterprise level.
  
• Maintain an active role across all core Office functions, ensuring key processes and reporting cycles remain consistent and effective.
  

What our client is looking for:

• 6 - 10 years of professional experience with a history of high performance.
  
• Background in management consulting, project / portfolio management, strategy, or a Chief of Staff / Office of the CTO role.
  
• Experience working within or alongside a Technology domain, with an understanding of how these organizations operate and create value.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes and deliver high-quality outputs for senior-level audiences.
  
• Strong capability in financial management, including comfort with budgets, performance data, and investment cases.
  
• Proven ability to use AI tools actively in daily work to improve process efficiency.
