岗位职责Responsibilities

1. 设计适合幼儿的课堂内容，保证在园教育教学质量

Design suitable class content for children that fulfill the teaching assignment in line with teaching requirement.

2. 计划并与班级其它老师一起，跟进幼儿一日活动, 管理幼儿一日常规，维持好课堂秩序，维持好班级管理秩序。

Plan and engage daily activities with other teachers. Engage with classroom management

3. 如有需要，对班级幼儿进行差异性个别辅导

Apply individual teaching according to each children’ development.

4. 与中方老师配合开展班级其他工作

Cooperate with Chinese teacher to carry out other classroom work.

5. 与学生家长进行必要的沟通

Engage in necessary communication with parents.

6. 积极参与学校组织的其它活动

Actively participate in school activities, collaborate with the other international and local teachers and all the staff of the school

Requirements

1. 至少有2年教学经验，提供2年经验的推荐信

At least 2 years’ teaching experience, provide references on request

2. 本科或以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.

3. 英语母语者

English native speaker

4. IB-PYP项目教学经验者 或 学前教育专业 优先。

IB-PYP project teaching experience or Major in preschool education is a plus.

Benefits

1.月薪 Mon. salary: 18K-25K (before tax)Depends.

2.工作时间Working Hrs: 8:00-16:30, (break 11:30-14:00) Monday to Friday

3.假期Holiday plans: Summer & Winter Holiday, the first year’s holiday salary will be 80% of monthly salary; from the second year will be 100%
