We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support / IT Engineer (Level 1 or 2) to provide technical assistance and support to end-users while ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. The role will report directly to Network and System Engineers, assisting them in maintaining IT infrastructure and resolving day-to-day technical issues. 1. Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, network, and application issues). 2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. 3. Support operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) and standard business applications. 4. Escalate unresolved issues to Network and System Engineers for higher-level support. 5. Assist in user account management (Active Directory, email, access permissions). 6. Monitor system performance and network connectivity to ensure uptime. 7. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in ticketing systems. 8. Support IT asset inventory management and ensure proper documentation. 9. Assist in system updates, patches, and security compliance under senior engineers guidance.

1. Bachelors degree / diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2. Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, MS Office Suite, and networking basics. 3. Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365 support. 4. Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL practices is a plus. 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under the supervision of Network and System Engineers and collaborate with team members.
