Training & Development Consultant

This is a remote position.

Are you an experienced educator, trainer or learning professional considering a different direction?

Your ability to communicate, facilitate learning, support others and encourage personal growth can transfer exceptionally well into the leadership and personal development sector.

We are expanding and connecting with experienced professionals interested in an independent, self-managed role that can be developed around existing commitments.

This is a performance-based position, with structured training, established systems and ongoing professional development provided.

The role involves using digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries, connecting with individuals interested in leadership and personal development programs, following a structured communication process and managing your own activity and schedule.

Many people begin part-time, with approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Requirements

We’re particularly interested in people with backgrounds in education, training, facilitation, learning and development, leadership, communications or other people-focused professions.

You’ll ideally have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self-directed and organised, enjoy working with people, be open to learning new digital marketing and business development skills, and be comfortable working within an independent, performance-based structure.

A genuine interest in leadership, lifelong learning and personal development is important.

This position is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce.
