Education Counselor

About the Job
JD Group is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-oriented Education Counselor to guide prospective students and clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate information about the company’s services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to build strong relationships while working toward assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective students and clients regarding available programs and services.

• Understand clients’ needs and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions.

• Respond to inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person consultations.

• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to support conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Assist clients with the required documentation and application procedures, where applicable.

• Meet assigned counseling, follow-up, and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.

• Prepare regular updates and reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and progress.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Female candidates are preferred, as specified by the employer.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; graduates are preferred.

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet applications.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple inquiries, and meet targets.

• Positive attitude, confidence, initiative, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Previous experience in counseling, customer service, sales, or a related field would be an advantage.

• Willingness to work on a performance-based compensation structure.

• Commitment to working for a minimum of one year.
