About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Aqua Pure, you will be the driving force behind our in-person sales efforts. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from making that crucial first impression to securing the final agreement. This is a hands-on, full-time, onsite position where your ability to manage your territory effectively and independently drive sales will be key to your success.

Your Day-to-Day

• Engage directly with potential customers in their homes, presenting Aqua Pure's innovative solutions with confidence and clarity.
• Master the art of building immediate rapport and trust, understanding customer needs through active listening and keen observation.
• Navigate the full sales process autonomously, from initial outreach and qualification to presenting proposals and closing deals.
• Proactively manage your daily schedule and territory to maximize customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate exceptional resilience and a positive attitude when facing objections or rejections, viewing them as stepping stones to the next success.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

What You Bring

• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle for daily travel.
• Must have a mobile device with cellular data and reliable home internet access.
• Proven ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly in face-to-face settings.
