To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Performing Arts, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus. • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is strictly required. • 5–8 years of experience in project and event management, preferably specifically within musical festivals or performing arts festivals. • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams, handling complex artist and touring management logistics, and managing large-scale budgets and vendor contracts. • Strong project leadership and cross-functional coordination within a non-line management framework. • Event delivery expertise in high-pressure, live performance environments. Specialized artist and touring management expertise within the classical music industry. • Excellent financial acumen, contract negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
