Requirements

• Payroll Specialist specializing in Time Tracking and Absence Management to join our HR/Payroll operations.
  
• Oversee and manage day-to-day Time Tracking and Absence Management processes for EMEA operations.
  
• Ensure accurate recording, validation, and processing of working hours, leaves, and absences in accordance with local statutory requirements.
  
• Partner with the core payroll and HR teams to resolve time tracking discrepancies and system queries promptly.
  
• Assist with system updates, compliance checks, and regular reporting related to time and absence data.
  
• Requirements
  
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist/Contractor focusing on Time Tracking or Absence Management modules.
  
• Prior experience with EMEA payroll compliance and time/absence workflows.
  
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and system proficiency.
