Technical Support & Document Processing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support & Document Processing Specialist to support our platform operations. The role combines application/technical support, document validation, data quality, exception handling, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support and troubleshoot client-reported issues.
  

• Review and validate POs, invoices, and other business documents processed through an OCR/AI platform.
  

• Identify and resolve data extraction, product mapping, and document-processing exceptions.
  

• Create and maintain document templates and customer-specific configurations.
  

• Perform basic smoke/sanity testing after platform updates.
  

• Monitor processing queues, identify recurring issues, and escalate them to relevant teams.
  

• Manage tickets, incidents, and escalations using Jira or similar tools.
  

• Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Product Support, or similar roles.
  

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  

• Understanding of POs, invoices, SKUs/products, and ERP workflows.
  

• Familiarity with Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
  

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  

Technical Skills

Jira | SQL | Linux | AWS/Azure | Jenkins | Postman | New Relic/Datadog | Salesforce | MS Office 365

Good to Have

• Experience with OCR/AI-based document processing
  

• Hands-on experience with Odoo
  

• Experience with document templates, data validation, or SaaS platforms.
  

• Exposure to paper/packaging or similar industries.
  

Note: This is a hybrid Technical Support + Document Processing role and is not a pure System Administration/Infrastructure position.
