The company builds a wearable AI copilot for industrial field technicians, currently live in eight countries. It has raised a $5M seed round and is hiring four founding engineers to work in person in the Bay Area.

$180k–$240k base + 0.25% to 0.75% Equity

The role

Own the product layer around the AI core end to end: the real-time video and data pipeline from glasses to model under tight latency budgets and bad connectivity, plus backend APIs, the data layer, and the frontend and mobile client customers touch.

What they are looking for

1. True full-stack range, including React and React Native with native bridges.

2. Real-time or low-latency systems background, such as live streaming, video infrastructure, edge networking, or hardware-constrained domains.

3. 2 to 5 years of experience and a track record of shipping scalable systems with real users, ideally at an early-stage company.

4. Based in the Bay Area and able to work fully in person.

Good to know

1. You should have enough hardware exposure to build for wearables, but deep firmware experience is not required.

2. Visa sponsorship is available for candidates already in the US.
