Your role
The Project Officer will play an essential role in developing the learning experiences of Health Professionals, by supporting the coordination and delivery of the University's Study Programmes in Health Sciences. Working under the accountability of the Programme Directors and project owners,the person will coordinate activities across the academic year and project life cycles, and help ensure that the set objectives are achieved. The candidate will work closely with academic and administrative teams, internal services, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to Study Programme retro-planning, project plans, timelines and budget follow-up for the allocated Study Programme(s) in Health Sciences
- Coordinate the execution of Health Sciences Study Programmes and associated projects with Programme Directors, project owners and relevant stakeholders
- Monitor deliverables, milestones, risks and key performance indicators throughout the academic year and/or project life cycle
- Organise meetings, task forces and seminars, prepare supporting documents, draft minutes and reports, and follow up on decisions and actions
- Act as an interface for internal and external stakeholders and facilitate clear communication
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and education partners, suppliers and other relevant organisations
- Compile and analyse information and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, briefings and presentations
- Provide Line Manager, Study Programme Directors, project owners and associated teams, with regular status updates
- Maintain accurate Study Programme records in line with agreed requirements and University guideline
Your profile
- Master's degree or equivalent by work experience
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of the Luxembourgish Healthcare sector or the uni.lu education environment is a strong advantage
- Management certification is an added value
- Proficient use of MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Familiarity with MS Planner and agile management practices
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- A team player with a diplomatic, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
- Reliable, proactive, and flexible in responding to changing priorities
- Excellent command of English and French is required. Good working knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is a strong asset
