Position Summary

Core Responsibilities
All LPN's are responsible for the following:
- Room patients, take vitals, and prepare them for treatment.
- Deliver patient education and onboarding support per protocol.
- Own infusion suite readiness: setup, turnover, and supplies.
- Own delegated, non-clinical support tasks for nursing within scope.
- Document accurately in CareTend and the EHR.
- Own follow-up and reminder outreach that keeps care on schedule.
- Ensure a clean, stocked, and safe patient environment.
- Escalate clinical concerns to nursing promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- LPN State Certification required
- BLS certification
- 0 to 1 year clinical support experience
