Our client my digital people is hiring a Performance Marketer in Lahore.

• Job Description:We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, particularly for UK and US markets.The ideal candidate should have solid experience with Sales campaigns, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, creative testing, and Meta's AI-driven advertising ecosystem, including Andromeda. Experience with AI-powered advertising tools and automation will be considered a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage campaigns specifically targeting UK and US audiences.
• Develop and optimize Sales/Conversion campaigns focused on revenue, purchases, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct audience, creative, placement, and campaign-level testing.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Develop strategies for campaign scaling while maintaining profitability.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop effective ad concepts, hooks, angles, UGC, and creative variations.
• Implement strategies aligned with Meta's evolving AI-driven delivery and Andromeda ecosystem.
• Ensure accurate implementation and monitoring of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and conversion events.
• Troubleshoot conversion tracking and discrepancies between Meta Ads and website/backend data.
• Monitor attribution and funnel performance from ad click through to purchase.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, AI developments, new campaign features, and industry best practices.
• Requirements4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, preferably at mid-level.
• Strong practical experience with UK and US advertising campaigns.
• Proven experience managing Sales/Conversion campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Practical understanding of Meta's Andromeda/AI-driven ad delivery approach.
• Experience with e-commerce and/or lead-generation campaigns is preferred.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, scaling, creative testing, and funnel analysis.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance metrics.
• Experience working with advertising budgets and performance targets.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and take ownership of results.
