Job Summary

We are looking for General Helpers to support day-to-day operations, material handling, housekeeping, and other general duties. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, hardworking, and willing to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers, technicians, and supervisors with daily operational activities.
  
• Load, unload, carry, move, and arrange materials, tools, and equipment.
  
• Assist with lifting, stacking, sorting, packing, and handling of goods.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the workplace.
  
• Perform basic housekeeping and general maintenance tasks.
  
• Support workers during daily site/warehouse operations.
  
• Follow safety procedures, workplace guidelines, and company policies.
  
• Ensure materials and equipment are handled safely and properly.
  
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 8th Pass; 10th Pass preferred.
  
• Age: 21 to 40 years.
  
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual and physical work.
  
• Previous experience as a General Helper, Warehouse Helper, Factory Helper, Labourer, or Site Helper is an advantage.
  
• Freshers can also apply.
  
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime when required.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
