Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Hospice Care (Per Diem)

Job Title: CNA – End-of-Life Care with Compassion and Flexibility

Compensation: $19 – $25/hour DOE

Benefits: Full Package Available for Full-Time Staff

Schedule: Full-Time| Weekend Rotation

Location: 21-County Twin Cities Service Area

Core Responsibilities:

• ADL support, grooming, and mobility care
  
• Medication assistance as directed
  
• Observation and reporting of vital signs
  
• Emotional and relational support
  
• Team collaboration and care plan follow-through
  
• Cleanliness and safety for each patient environment
  

Qualifications:

• CNA licensed in Minnesota
  
• Hospice, palliative, or oncology experience required
  
• Flexible, dependable, and emotionally resilient
  
• Driver’s license and transportation required
