We are hiring a Staff Nurse Maternity Cover Contract for a leading Nursing home in Kildare, Ireland.
This is a full-time Staff Nurse position offered on a maternity cover basis for approximately 6–9 months, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
Please note that work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
We are hiring a Staff Nurse Maternity Cover Contract for a leading Nursing home in Kildare, Ireland.

Responsibilities
- Quality of Care Obligations
- Daily oversight of the nursing and care workers
- Oversee the activities of the residents.
- Comply with HIQA guidelines
- When necessary, assume the role of nurse in charge.
- Encourage the growth and training of less experienced colleagues
- Assistance with elevating medication-related inquiries
- assistance to the families with any questions they may have about care.
- Any additional tasks that the line manager assigns.
Requirements
- NMBI Registered
- Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Sound decision making ability.
- An interest in care of the elderly
